Enough of this high school stuff!
With the 4th selection in the 2nd round the Red Sox select Outfielder Steven Souza jr, put of the Nationals system.
This guy has put it together in the last couple years and hope he's jut a late bloomer. This may be to high for him, but I doubt he would make it to my next pick.

Everything I'm reading on this guy says he has one of the best bats in the draft and has wheels. He is probably stuck at 2B due to two labrum surgeries but I'm willing to take the risk for the chance at a huge bat.
With Pick 2.14 the Toronto Blue Jays select: Forrest Wall, 2B, Orangewood Christian HS, Winter Park, FL
The New York Yankees are up next and are on the clock!

I went back and forth on this pick. I was hoping a couple other guys would be taken to make this slightly easier, but I am going to go with the guy that I really like and didn't want to leave the draft without him.
With pick 2.16 Detroit Tigers select Manuel Margot (OF Boston Red Sox)
Chad James is dropped to make room for this draft pick.

With the 30th pick in Rd 2 the Twins select - D. J. Stewart OF Florida st.
I debated on him and 4 pitchers. But decided I couldn't pass on potentially the best college bat in next years draft. Not to mention his pitch recognition is great. Gotta like any hitter who has a 36/30 walk/so.
So begins rd 3.....
