ROGER CLEMENS - SP - Houston Astros - Class of 2011The NSBL's first season was Clemens's age 43 season, yet he still makes the Hall of Fame based on his 3 years in the league as a hired gun across 6 teams (HOU/SD/NYY/TOR/CLE/FLA) that saw him help take the Blue Jays to a World Series victory in 2006. The following year, as a 44 year old, he finished 10th in the NSBL with a 3.10 ERA. A year later, he retired after his age 45 season, walking off into the sunset by finishing 29th amongst all qualified pitchers with a 3.71 ERA. Clemens is the NSBL Hall of Fame's first member, finishing with a 34-27 record with a 3.62 ERA, leaving fans to wonder what could have been if he was given a full career in the league.
