Can someone remind what that # is? It has been discussed but I don't believe we ever actually set a minimum.

I believe 3 GS in the ZIPs file will get you a Starter rating in DMB.

DMB is responsible for stuff like SP ratings, positional ratings, and other things that Dan doesn't specifically tackle in his ZIPS previews. SP and positional ratings assignments are 2 fold... expected role and recent seasons roles played. I don't know all of the breakdown, but much of it has been covered at some point on the DMB message board.

Sorry, my question was more NSBL than DMB. 3 was what I also believe DMB uses, I was just trying to remember if NSBL had a cutoff of what we use if a guy doesn't have a SP rating but has a # of starts listed.

Yeah we never had any rule for that. In fact, we've had people start pitchers without starter ratings before. We've never micromanaged that aspect of team management.
