Winter draft begins on February 1. Remember, unlike the summer draft, there is no 24 hour clock after each pick. Each pick listed is due on the corresponding date.
1st pick on February 1st.
12th pick on February 12th.
30th pick on February 30th.
You get the idea.
So the draft MIGHT finish early, but the latest it will wrap up is March 2nd.
Also, as mentioned elsewhere, this is the first time the Winter Draft has been decided by the reverse order of win total for the PREVIOUS 3 YEARS[/u][/b], with any tiebreak being handled like usual (If 2 teams have the same number of wins over the last 3 years, whoever had fewer wins in the most recent season picks first)
Please double check the draft order.
1) Minnesota Twins (180 wins) - Jasson Dominguez, OF, New York Yankees
